I had never attended any yoga, meditation or relaxation classes but I had always found it difficult to wind down. Fortunately I met Anna who is an exceptionally talented and passionate instructor who leads some fantastic classes that genuinely work wonders not only to de-stress but also for joint and muscle pains. I’m sure I will be attending more of Anna’s classes in future!

I would like to recommend Anna and her yoga classes on a Monday and Wednesday night at Fusion. They are not only stress busting but also great for any level of experience. The hour practise truly challenges your body and your mind, and Anna is a great teacher.

Working with Anna has been great, she‘s helped my mobility in all areas of life. She makes one on one training fun yet professional tailoring each session to what we are looking to achieve. From the start of my journey into yoga with Anna she has been such a help making me feel comfortable and educating me in the practice as well as supporting home programmes away from our sessions. I can’t recommend her enough from her professionalism, to her knowledge she is by far one of the best instructors in her field.
