How can I arrange a 1:1 session with you?
If you would like to arrange a one to one session, please email me with your motivations and what you would like to gain from a 1-2-1 and I will get back to you with some options.
Can you provide sport specific yoga classes?
With a background in competitive swimming and also being a personal trainer I am able to offer sport-specific yoga and mobility based classes. If you are an athlete or part of a sports team who are interested, do message me and I will come back to with some options.
Are your classes suitable for beginners?
I try and make my physical classes buildable, so wherever you are at people feel as if they have had a good practice. All poses are a guideline, and adaptable to suit every body and your individual needs.
If I cancel last minute will I be charged?
If you cancel with in 24 hours of the class you will still be charged.
What do I need to wear/bring to a class?
Wear anything that is comfortable for movement and a bottle of water. If you have your own mat and props feel free to bring them along, although all the studios do have spares. For Restorative and Nidra classes it is also advised to bring a warm pair of socks and a jumper/blanket.
